Description

You will handle technical support and hardware provisioning for workstations, laptops, and mobile devices in Demopolis, AL.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-call support during off-office hours, including weekends and public holidays for P1/P2 tickets.
• Provision operating systems and software onto workstations using established documentation.
• Install desktop software, troubleshoot technical issues, and support wireless devices (Android and iPhone).
• Use a trouble ticketing system to accept assignments, document work events, and verify customer satisfaction.
• Follow ESD safety precautions to prevent electrostatic discharge or equipment damage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft OS and Microsoft applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and GPO.
• Experience with imaging utilities such as Ghost or SCCM.
• Ability to use remote desktop connectivity applications.
• Experience provisioning and supporting mobile devices (Android, iPhone).
• Ability to follow technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Any Graduate degree.
