Description

Manage end-user IT hardware and support lifecycle requirements at designated customer sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for desktops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, and other IT devices.
• Execute Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disposals (IMACDs) for all EUC equipment and software.
• Coordinate and schedule IMACD activities with internal IT functions and third-party vendors to minimize business interruption.
• Conduct site surveys to determine physical space, cabling, and network requirements for upcoming deployments.
• Validate service requests for correctness and proper authorization before proceeding with hardware or software changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Field Service.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting PC hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Proven ability to manage IMACD workflows and hardware lifecycle processes.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and internal technical teams.
• Ability to perform site surveys and assess physical infrastructure requirements.
• Strong documentation skills for creating installation and contingency procedures.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
