Description

You will provide onsite hardware and software support for desktop, mobile, and network peripherals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support PC equipment, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers, through imaging and reimaging processes.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS environments, addressing software installation and hardware encryption issues.
• Manage user hardware lifecycle by disconnecting and reconnecting workstations, peripherals, and phone equipment.
• Document all work events, assignments, and customer satisfaction metrics within ServiceNow.
• Perform onsite equipment moves, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following ESD safety precautions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hardware and software support.
• Proficiency with Windows OS (XP through Windows 10) and Windows Server (2000 through 2012).
• Hands-on experience with imaging utilities such as Ghost or SCCM.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Experience with ServiceNow modules including IM, SRM, AMDB, and CMDB.
• Ability to support wireless devices including Android and iPhone.
• Competency in troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite and Exchange configuration issues.

Preferred Skills

• A+ Certification.
• Microsoft, ITIL, or CCNA certifications.
• Experience with Mac OS X.
