You will provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure tasks for end-users.
Responsibilities
- Test, identify, resolve, and document end-user technical issues.
- Troubleshoot software issues specifically regarding O365.
- Re-image computers and hard drives while managing system backups and restores.
- Configure corporate IT components including network printers, Active Directory, and SCCM.
- Categorize, prioritize, and own support requests through to full resolution.
- Perform regular inventory activities as required.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support.
- Experience with Active Directory (AD) and SCCM.
- Hands-on knowledge of troubleshooting O365 software.
- Ability to manage network printer setups and hardware re-imaging.
- Fluent written and spoken German.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Experience working in project-based environments.
