Description

You will provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure tasks for end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Test, identify, resolve, and document end-user technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot software issues specifically regarding O365.
  • Re-image computers and hard drives while managing system backups and restores.
  • Configure corporate IT components including network printers, Active Directory, and SCCM.
  • Categorize, prioritize, and own support requests through to full resolution.
  • Perform regular inventory activities as required.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support.
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and SCCM.
  • Hands-on knowledge of troubleshooting O365 software.
  • Ability to manage network printer setups and hardware re-imaging.
  • Fluent written and spoken German.
  • Basic knowledge of English.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Experience working in project-based environments.
