Description

Develop and integrate Rockwell FTPC applications within a medical device manufacturing environment. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and document functional specifications.
• Author high and low-level technical design documents.
• Configure and customize Rockwell FTPC applications.
• Integrate systems with equipment, scanners, printers, control systems, and enterprise applications.
• Prepare and execute Operational Qualification (OQ) and support Process Qualification (PQ) within ALM.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Rockwell FTPC developer.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Medical Device domain.
• Hands-on experience with FTPC Data Manager, Production Management Client, and Workflow Designer.
• Knowledge of Production Execution Client and Production Responses.
• Experience with Master Data Management, equipment management, inventory management, and workflow execution.
• Strong understanding of GMP Validation and GMP change control processes.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, ISA 95, S88 standards, and ISPE GAMP5 guidelines.
• Experience using ALM for validation support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing client demonstrations.
