Description

You will develop and own full stack AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of full stack Python applications (frontend, backend, API).
• Design and implement GenAI applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in production.
• Build and optimize document ingestion pipelines using vector databases like MongoDB Atlas.
• Manage development tasks and coordinate efforts with internal and external teams.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for data analytics, prediction, and forecasting on Azure or GCP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI technologies and frameworks.
• Extensive experience in full stack Python development (frontend, backend, API).
• Proven success deploying GenAI applications using RAG architecture in production.
• Hands-on experience building document ingestion pipelines with MongoDB Atlas.
• Experience deploying AI applications to cloud platforms, specifically Azure and GCP.
• Familiarity with AgenticAI and MCP technologies.
• Solid background in data analytics, prediction, and forecasting using AI/ML models.
• Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
