Description

You will lead a development team while contributing to design, documentation, deployment, and process improvement tasks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams using Agile methodology and perform Scrum Master duties to ensure incremental product delivery.
• Provide technical direction and project management using PMI methodology to execute maintenance and corporate project deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers in ORM technologies, ASP.NET, WCF services, and front-end frameworks.
• Facilitate cross-functional workgroups to resolve complex problems and mitigate operational interruptions.
• Own code development, testing, and application support through system process design and technical analytics.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with .NET Core, .NET 6, or above.
• Expertise in C# development and implementing design patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL, including creating complex statements for data mining and business reporting.
• Experience designing relational databases using Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or above.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft MVC, Web Forms, and AJAX methodologies.
• Experience with SOAP/XML and JSON via WCF services, Windows services, or Web API.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise-grade source control like Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
• Experience implementing EDI solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server or SSIS.

Preferred Skills

• Health Plan industry experience.
• Experience working in a QNXT environment or with Edifecs.
