Description

You will support and maintain the DCEC application portfolio, focusing on incident management, change management, and application enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing business applications to ensure continued availability and functionality.
• Resolve production service failures, perform root cause analysis, and manage emergency releases for application outages.
• Execute data extracts, data corrections, and technology upgrades.
• Design, code, and perform component and assembly testing on application code.
• Manage application knowledge bases through documentation and team collaboration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ASP.NET web development experience.
• Proficiency in VB.Net and/or C#.
• 5+ years of experience with MVC, JavaScript/jQuery, JSON, and WebAPI.
• 3+ years of database modeling and development experience using SQL Server.
• 2+ years of SSRS Report Builder experience.
• 2+ years of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap framework.
• 2+ years of DevOps experience within SCRUM, iterative, or waterfall environments.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Ability to develop with security and accessibility standards in mind.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Access systems.
• Experience working on modernization projects.
• Background in customer service.
