Description

Maintain, support, and enhance a portfolio of .NET applications within the Application Maintenance and Support Team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain application availability through routine support, technology upgrades, and incident management.
• Execute design, coding, component testing, and assembly testing of application code.
• Manage change management processes, including root cause analysis and emergency release resolution for outages.
• Perform data extracts, corrections, and reporting service tasks.
• Document technical processes and manage the application knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ASP.NET web development experience with VB.Net and/or C#.
• 5+ years of experience with MVC, JavaScript/jQuery, JSON, and WebAPI.
• 3+ years of database modeling and development using SQL Server.
• 2+ years of experience with SSRS Report Builder.
• 2+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years of experience with DevOps and familiarity with SCRUM, iterative, or waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Ability to develop with security and accessibility standards in mind.
