Description

Lead software architecture for Order to Cash business processes in B2B and B2B2C contexts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture topics within Lean and Agile teams to ensure continuity and adherence to industry best practices.
• Architect, design, and evaluate business requirements, security measures, and legal requirements.
• Guide software engineers in building and maintaining applications to ensure operability, availability, performance, and security.
• Perform feasibility studies to validate solutions against requirements, costs, and timelines while providing risk mitigation.
• Use an incremental design and development approach to manage lead time and deliver functionality quickly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices principles.
• Experience with integration middleware such as FTP, OBJEX, MQ, or DataStage.
• Ability to align business orientations with existing and future systems.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Kafka for message queuing.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in databases and data modeling.
