Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI models and full-stack systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy generative AI systems, from data pipelines to front-end applications.
• Architect scalable and performant generative AI solutions.
• Develop back-end APIs and efficient data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Integrate AI outputs into user interfaces and optimize front-end responsiveness.
• Implement Microsoft 365 Power Platform Co-pilot capabilities, including governance and data loss prevention policies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development.
• 4+ years of experience with generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet.
• Experience with front-end frameworks: React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Expertise in back-end technologies such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Ability to frame architecture, governance, and data loss prevention policies for Co-Pilot.
• Experience implementing integrations using Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
