Description

You will lead the architectural design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team and mentor junior engineers on best practices and code quality.
• Architect, design, and build scalable applications across the full stack using C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution constraints.
• Oversee the implementation of industry-standard design patterns and SDLC processes.
• Manage technical decision-making and resolve conflicts within the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 9 to 12 years of experience architecting and developing enterprise applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Core Web API, and MVC.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and either Angular or React.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server or equivalent database technologies.
• Practical knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency with version control (GIT, TFS), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Proven track record of leading architectural design decisions.
