Design and deliver multi-tenant web solutions while leading hands-on development and integration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop microservice integrations and manage asynchronous messaging with Kafka.
• Design database schemas and optimize queries using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Implement caching strategies and indexing for performance improvement.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Micro Services architecture and Kafka.
• Hands-on SQL skills and familiarity with standard database query tools.
• Knowledge of NoSQL, caching mechanisms, and indexing.
• Understanding of web services (SOAP, REST) and data modeling (JSON, XML).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ReactJS.
• Familiarity with AI, Gen AI, or LLMs.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like JIRA, TFS, and Bitbucket.
