Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data integration, from designing ETL processes to delivering actionable BI reports.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines using IBM DataStage to load data into the Data Warehouse.
• Create data mapping documents and maintain data models, data mart tables, and PeopleSoft delivered maps.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and widgets using BI tools to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration and during ad-hoc data delivery.
• Maintain ERP data warehouse and DataStage environments, including production job support and cybersecurity remediation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical application operations and maintenance experience in a large organization.
• Proven experience in data migration projects, specifically moving data from PeopleSoft to cloud-based Data Warehouse systems.
• Expertise in IBM DataStage, including 3+ years building ETL maps and sequences.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and ad-hoc requests.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing principles, data modeling, and integration techniques.
• Experience customizing PeopleSoft delivered maps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including Oracle FDIP, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
• Knowledge of systems such as HCM, ELM, PeopleSoft EPM, or NextFare.
