Description

Lead technical development across smart contracts, frontend, and application logic layers while managing and mentoring the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology team, managing and mentoring developers.
• Code, develop, and review new product features for production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on user feedback.
• Document all development work and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Represent the development team when engaging with open source communities and partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in at least two programming languages.
• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling AWS applications.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development in large production environments.
• Proficiency with Solidity, React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience with AWS Architecture and AWS services.
• Direct experience working with NFTs and blockchain technology.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical development across multiple layers.
• Background in open source community engagement.
