You will lead development for multiple applications while managing technical delivery and team performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development teams to deliver application requirements.
• Prioritize technical requirements across various applications and projects.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to improve system scale, resilience, and continuous monitoring.
• Maintain code quality by preventing technical debt and performing regular housekeeping.
• Provide L3 support and assist with technical audits as required.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in React.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with NodeJS.
• Experience working with databases (DB).
• Ability to understand and support specific business domains.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering degree.
