Description

You will own the end-to-end development of banking applications, refactoring legacy monoliths into modern microservices while leveraging AI tools for rapid iteration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Refactor legacy code into modular, maintainable patterns and deploy to AWS/Azure/GCP using Terraform.
• Develop full-stack features, building UI components in React or Angular and implementing API logic.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot or Cursor to generate 80% of boilerplate, unit tests, and documentation.
• Ensure all AI-assisted code adheres to OWASP banking security standards and maintains financial data integrity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in either Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices) or .NET (C#, .NET 6/8, Web API).
• Experience with Node.js, Express, and modern PHP (Laravel/Symfony) is a plus.
• Proficiency in React or Angular for frontend implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding assistants for complex logic and architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with cloud-native principles, Docker, and event-driven architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience transitioning legacy systems to containerized environments.
• Background in fintech or banking domain security standards.
