Description

Manage, configure, and extend Atlassian tooling (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) to support organizational collaboration and scaling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research, test, and implement plugins and scripts for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Manage Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
• Develop interfaces between external tooling and Jira/Confluence infrastructure.
• Gather requirements, document solutions, and create user and support reference guides.
• Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a software development role.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Git and various branching models.
• Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent query languages (JQL is a plus).
• Understanding of Single Sign On protocols such as SAML or SAML2.
• Solid grasp of the software development life cycle.
• Experience using or extending REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and development experience in Java, Groovy, Python, Javascript, or Bash.
• Experience designing and developing custom plugins using Java for Jira 7.x+ and Confluence 6.x+.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
