Role Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will:
• Take ownership of existing codebases and drive new feature development end-to-end.
• Maintain and enhance React/TypeScript SPAs, including complex forms, tables and admin workflows.
• Integrate, optimise, and troubleshoot AWS Amplify DataStore, GraphQL APIs, and DynamoDB models.
• Implement robust error handling, validation, and user feedback mechanisms.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code with strong documentation aligned to organisational standards.
• Analyse, design, build, test, review, and support solutions across the full SDLC.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, architects, and technical specialists on solution design and technical approaches.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, manage risks, and meet delivery priorities.
• Provide clear, timely progress reporting and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining high technical standards.
• Perform additional technical activities as required.
What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years’ development experience, including 2+ years with the core required technologies.
• Expertise in React with Hooks and TypeScript, including complex SPA architecture.
• Strong experience designing, consuming, and debugging REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with modern CSS tooling such as Tailwind CSS or component libraries like shadcn/ui.
• Solid Git experience, including branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent debugging skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve UI and backend issues efficiently.
Highly Desirable
• Hands-on experience with AWS Amplify (DataStore, GraphQL, Auth).
• Understanding of DynamoDB schema design, indexing, and pagination.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and serverless architectures.
• Testing experience across unit, integration, and E2E scenarios in React/TypeScript.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Amplify Console, GitHub Actions).
• Strong UX/UI sensibilities and a focus on accessible, user-friendly design
