Description

Lead the software lifecycle from design and prototyping through to development and testing for global Human Capital Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle software development, including design, prototyping, and testing.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define and deliver new functionalities.
• Apply shift-left test engineering principles to ensure software quality.
• Develop and evolve HCM solutions for a global user base.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.
• Deep understanding of the .NET framework.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and management.
• Experience with HTML, CSS 3, SVG, WCF, and JSON.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, design patterns, and unit testing.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, Ember, or Knockout.
• Practical experience with ASP.NET MVC for dynamic web applications.
