Description

You will design and build AI-enabled full-stack applications, developer tools, and automation solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI integrations, prompt engineering solutions, and LLM-driven workflows to enhance development productivity.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment frameworks using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Tekton.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs and backend services, integrating with enterprise platforms, API gateways, and OAuth2/JWT authentication.
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, analytics solutions, and Power BI dashboards for engineering insights and DevOps metrics.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in full-stack, cloud-native, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Python, or Go, with frontend proficiency in React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record implementing AI-driven development solutions and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with DevOps metrics (DORA), data engineering workflows, and developer platform modernization.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or AI.
• Experience mentoring team members and driving Agile and continuous improvement best practices.
