Lead enterprise Java application modernization and cloud-native architecture initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise Java applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Transform monolithic and mainframe systems into scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Implement integration solutions using APIs and message queues to connect modern and legacy platforms.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance development productivity.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Strong background in REST API development and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience modernizing legacy applications (Java, COBOL, mainframe) into cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience building CI/CD practices using Jenkins and build tools.
