Description

You will build cloud-based software systems, including APIs and websites, within a multi-disciplinary Agile team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build APIs for customer onboarding, account management, hospital/partner integrations, and CGM data exchange.
• Develop responsive frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks.
• Design and implement low latency, fault-tolerant data pipelines.
• Integrate design, development, testing, and quality control within a distributed environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack application development.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Node JS, or Express.
• Expertise in web application development using Angular or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle) or NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience working with REST APIs and Message Bus technologies like Kafka or Pubsub.
• Practical knowledge of TDD/BDD using JUnit, Mocha, or Karma.
• Ability to containerize applications using Docker and deploy to cloud environments.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts including OAuth, OpenID, and SSO.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub Actions, Helm, Kubernetes, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of FHIR, performance monitoring, and unit/integration testing.
