Description

Lead full stack development initiatives using .NET, .NET Core, and React. You will architect scalable applications, manage delivery timelines, and provide technical mentorship to the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable applications using .NET Framework (4.6.2, 4.7.2) and .NET Core.
• Lead full stack development with React for modern front-end interfaces.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and infrastructure teams to define and deliver features.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Drive adoption of best practices, coding standards, and modern software architectures.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of hands-on experience in .NET, .NET Core, and Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Framework 4.6.2 and 4.7.2.
• Proficiency with React and modern front-end frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC.
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing team deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
