Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable application solutions.
Design and develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using ReactJS.
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and cloud architecture best practices.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and application security standards for web applications and APIs.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
Deploy and manage applications using containerization technologies and cloud infrastructure.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote engineering best practices across frontend and backend development.
Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve deployment efficiency and operational stability.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, performance, and delivery speed.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Java development using Spring Boot and ReactJS.
Experience building and deploying microservices-based applications.
Good understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
Experience with RESTful APIs, backend integration, and distributed systems architecture.
Knowledge of Spring Framework, J2EE concepts, and enterprise application development.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, containerization, and deployment automation.
Experience with frontend technologies including JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
