Description

You will build and maintain product features across the frontend and backend for a SaaS platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop features for chat interfaces, interview scheduling, reporting dashboards, and productivity modules.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for third-party integrations and implement error handling protocols.
• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas for scalable application use.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code while collaborating with DevOps, QA, UX, and AI/ML teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of fullstack development experience.
• Proficiency with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and API integration patterns.
• Understanding of MongoDB performance basics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Calendar, Zoom, or WhatsApp/SMS notification integrations.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, payroll/HR systems (ADP, Zoho), or Job Board APIs.
• Experience with browser extension development or multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
