Description

You will build and manage automated customer journeys and dynamic content within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop emails, templates, interactive forms, and dynamic content blocks using Content Builder.
• Build and optimize customer journeys in Journey Builder and manage automation workflows in Automation Studio.
• Create SQL queries, file transfers, and data extracts to support automated processes.
• Develop cloud pages in Web Studio and test REST/SOAP API payloads using Postman.
• Guide offshore teams on development, QA, and testing protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript coding without using WYSIWYG tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and interpretation.
• Deep understanding of SFMC components including data extensions, data designer, and subscriber imports.
• Experience with transactional messaging and automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API testing via Postman.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as VMware, OpenStack, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, MongoDB, Python, MySQL, or Postgres.
