Description
You will develop and maintain Java and Angular applications within a service-based architecture.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain applications using Java 8+ and Angular 16+.
- Design and implement REST APIs and web services.
- Develop within a continuous integration framework using version control and build integration tools.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve ambiguous technical issues.
- Apply object-oriented principles, design patterns, and threading techniques to core development.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience building Java and Angular applications.
- Proficiency in Java 8, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Angular 16+, Angular JS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with JSPs, XML, and SQL.
- Strong background in Web Services and REST APIs.
- Experience with JUnit and messaging technologies.
- Deep understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Financial Services or Brokerage environments.
- Familiarity with DB2, Sybase, or Test Driven Development (TDD).
