Description

Build and deploy application software across the full product lifecycle within an agile environment. You will own detailed design, implementation, and code reviews while providing technical leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive detailed design and implementation of application software.
• Translate product requirements into prioritized user stories and deliver to quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews and recommend architectural improvements.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and isolate software problems to provide strategic solutions.
• Document engineering practices and collaborate across multiple geographic teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in design, development, and deployment of application software.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or Ruby on Rails.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: Angular or React.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or Redis.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
• Experience with Docker or other container technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a STEM major.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and deploying applications in cloud-based environments.
• Experience working within regulated environments.
