Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and AI-integrated applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and expose RESTful and event-driven APIs using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Integrate Generative AI and LLM capabilities into backend workflows, including text generation, summarization, and Q&A.
• Design and optimize prompt orchestration strategies, prompt templates, and RAG services.
• Ensure scalability, resiliency, and observability of cloud-native microservices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and CI/CD pipeline contributions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development (Java 11/17+).
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Solid experience with Microservices architecture and API design (OpenAPI/Swagger).
• Experience with containers and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure/AWS).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (DB2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into backend systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought) and RAG.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks or SDKs.
• Familiarity with OAuth2.0, JWT, and secure API patterns.
