You will develop and maintain high-quality application solutions using Java and Angular.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using modern Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Deliver maintainable, quality code within an Agile environment.
• Manage application security involving TLS/2waySSL, HTTPS, and certificates.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like PCF and OpenShift.
• Integrate middleware technologies including MQSeries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: PCF and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of middleware technologies such as MQSeries.
• Experience with REST, JDBC, SOAP, JMS, XML, JSON, HTTP, and SQL.
• Understanding of DevOps and automated build/deploy processes.
• Competency with server operating systems (Linux, Windows) and networking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate studies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), or IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
• Knowledge of Kafka, NiFi, Groovy, Python, Maven, or the Elastic stack.
• Familiarity with federated authentication (PingFed) and Active Directory.
