Description

You will build and maintain scalable software solutions using Java and Angular.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular.
• Implement secure communication protocols including TLS, 2-way SSL, and HTTPS.
• Manage deployment and integration within PCF or OpenShift environments.
• Integrate middleware technologies and messaging systems like MQSeries.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment using automated CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in application development.
• Expertise in modern Java development with the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency with Angular for front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms such as PCF or OpenShift.
• Experience with middleware technologies, specifically MQSeries.
• Strong understanding of application security, certificates, and HTTPS.
• Working knowledge of REST, JDBC, SOAP, JMS, XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Linux or Windows server operating systems and networking.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), or IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
• Knowledge of Kafka, NiFi, Groovy, Python, Maven, or the Elastic stack.
• Experience with federated authentication such as PingFed or Active Directory.
