Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled full stack Developer with strong hands-on
expertise in React to join our team. The candidate shall have experience in JAVA/Kotlin is
required. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven technical contributor capable of working
independently, engaging directly with clients, understanding business requirements, and
translating them into clean, scalable, and high-performing code.

Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using
React.js with TypeScript
 Able to understand and work on JAVA/Kotlin based web applications. Knowledge on
APIs, JSON is required.
 This is frontend heavy role with working experience in JAVA/Kotlin web development
 Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) or NoSQL databases
(MongoDB, etc.).
 Collaborate directly with clients/stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify
requirements
 Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and working code
 Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code following best practices
 Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
 Work independently with minimal supervision while managing priorities and deadlines
 Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning
 Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle
 Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs/backend services
 Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Experience
 4–8 years of professional frontend development experience
 Strong hands-on expertise in React.js using TypeScript (Hooks, Context API,
component lifecycle)
 Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
 Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
 Hands on experienced in JAVA/Kotlin, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming
 Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn)
 Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
 Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
 Working knowledge of version control systems (Git)
 Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
 Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients
 Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

Good to Have
 Familiarity with microservices architecture, including interservice communication and
API gateways.
 Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform,
including deployment and cloud native services
 Exposure to Next.js or other React frameworks
 Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Soft Skills
 Strong analytical and requirement-gathering ability
