Description

You will develop and maintain software solutions while resolving critical and major production system issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production system issues following the full development lifecycle, including problem analysis, coding, peer reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
• Manage all assignments through Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring daily updates to task status, hours used, and hours remaining.
• Document every issue and resolution step, including time and cost metrics, using standardized stakeholder templates.
• Collaborate with existing development and QA teams within a shared environment to coordinate work.
• Prioritize tasks based on severity, addressing critical system inoperability issues immediately and major functional issues within defined SLAs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with C#, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap, jQuery, and SQL Server.
• 10+ years of experience with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS).
• 10+ years of experience with .NET Framework, including at least 3 years with version 4.6x.
• 10+ years of experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• 7+ years of experience in SQL job performance tuning and enhancement.
• 5+ years of experience in customer information management within a mental healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to follow strict documentation and reporting standards for task, user story, and bug records.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the State of Missouri CIMOR system.
