Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications in an agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development efforts while assigning and tracking tasks for distributed team members.
• Review and approve code changes to ensure quality and architectural alignment.
• Manage builds and deployments in lower environments and support production releases.
• Support production applications and collaborate with RPE teams to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with local and global adjacent teams and business stakeholders during EST hours.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience designing and building RESTful services, microservices, and clients.
• Proficiency with UI technologies such as Angular.
• Experience with Cloud-Native technologies, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and messaging platforms like Kafka.
• Deep understanding of data structures, caching, design patterns, and multi-threaded architecture.
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Cloud platform experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Background working in the finance industry.
