Description

You will own the development of backend services for a serverless, omnichannel platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
• Implement and evolve GraphQL APIs using Apollo Federation or Supergraph, exposing REST endpoints when necessary.
• Develop serverless applications on AWS using event-driven and API-driven architectures.
• Define and manage GraphQL schemas, API contracts, and versioning strategies.
• Integrate authentication and authorization using Okta, Auth0, and JWT flows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience as a full stack developer.
• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with NestJS for backend service development.
• Experience building serverless applications on AWS.
• Knowledge of GraphQL (Apollo Federation / Supergraph).
• Familiarity with REST API design and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience with security standards including Okta, Auth0, and JWT.
• Experience configuring and managing Kong API Gateway.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and GitHub integration.
