Description

You will build and automate software products for traders, transforming financial model prototypes into functional applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend interfaces and handle 30% backend integration using Java and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with financial modelers to implement predictive tools for trading decisions.
• Automate existing systems to improve operational efficiency and data retrieval.
• Apply engineering fundamentals to select appropriate tools for specific technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of Sybase DB, SQL, and MySQL.
• Deep understanding of data storage and retrieval fundamentals.
• Ability to understand mortgage and finance product logic and trader terminology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jasmine or Selenium-based frameworks.
