Description

Lead the development and migration of Contact Center technology solutions for large-scale government projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters and select technologies to meet business goals.
• Manage budgeting, project planning, and resource allocation for Contact Center migrations.
• Interface with technology teams, executive leadership, and external managed service providers.
• Lead internal business and technology updates, including status reports and performance communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET 6, and ASP.NET Core MVC.
• Front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs (JSON/XML) and Dependency Injection.
• Cloud experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure Service Bus Messaging, and Azure DevOps.
• Mobile application development and responsive design.
• Source control management using GitLab and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• 5+ years leading large-scale state government Contact Center projects.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Analytics.
