Description

You will build data transformation pipelines, voice surveillance systems, and application enhancements. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python packages to process unstructured data and build end-to-end data pipeline flows.
• Build and enhance data science models to reduce noise and false-positive alerts in surveillance systems.
• Write bash scripts and perform data transformations for voice surveillance purposes.
• Gather and document technical requirements and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and support application features based on business user requests.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Python and JSON.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Elastic, Apache Solr, and Lucene.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL systems: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Proficiency with NoSQL systems such as Elasticsearch, CouchDB, MongoDB, HBase, MarkLogic, Neo4J, or Redis.
• Experience with JAVA, J2EE, JavaScript, and Perl.
• Strong UNIX skills and experience creating bash scripts.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
• Experience with Docker containerized applications and Machine Learning.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker orchestration, and Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Experience with voice data transcription, silence removal, or AI.
• Background in Capital Markets working with Front Office traders, IT support, and Operations.
