Description

You will build and maintain responsive web applications using Java and JavaScript across the full stack.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
• Write clean code with unit tests, integration tests, and deployment scripts.
• Collaborate with leads to define software architectures and identify implementation risks.
• Document technical designs and support team members with application specifications.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to software architecture and user interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on responsive UI development.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with JSP/ASP, AJAX, jQuery, EXT_JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 3+ years of experience with J2EE, Java, JMS, Spring, JPA, and Hibernate.
• 1+ years of experience with Oracle/SQL, XML, REST, and Web Services/SOA.
• 1+ years of experience within the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Experience working within Scrum, Agile, or XP methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• UX design and development experience.
• Experience working with AWS cloud.
