You will lead a team of developers, manage delivery workflows, and coordinate with IT management and business customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and manage delivery workflows in coordination with IT management and business stakeholders.
• Develop server-side applications on the Java Virtual Machine, ensuring robust architecture and performance.
• Manage version control workflows using Git and maintain code quality standards.
• Coordinate with multiple developer teams and users within agile SCRUM cycles to deliver features on schedule.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration pipelines using tools like TeamCity or Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive server-side development experience on the JVM, with modern Java expertise (Java 8 and above, specifically Java 17).
• Proficiency in Java and Python for application development and scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Git version control and workflows.
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and agile/SCRUM environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Equity Derivatives products and systems.
• Knowledge of public cloud infrastructure, specifically GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience working in financial institutions and regulated IT environments.
