Description

Lead full-stack development and technical delivery for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into scalable system designs and architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to onsite and offshore team members.
• Implement features using Test Driven Development (TDD) and conduct rigorous unit and integration testing.
• Perform code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues and root causes.
• Collaborate with UI, mid-tier leads, and designers to resolve dependencies and expedite incident fixes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Strong backend skills with REST Services.
• Frontend expertise in Angular 16, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with testing frameworks JUnit and Jest.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Any Graduate).
