Description

You will lead the core development team to deliver high-quality software throughout the full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development life cycle, from functional specifications to production deployment.
• Drive system and database design, implementation, and technical architecture.
• Manage code quality and performance through scheduled architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Lead the development team in an Agile environment, handling estimations, iterative development, and design sessions.
• Produce essential project assets including technical documentation, project plans, and deployment plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience using Angular and Node.js.
• 5+ years of technology leadership experience with open source stacks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ECMAScript 6, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with SQL and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile processes, Cloud CI/CD, and testing automation.
• Proven track record of developing mission-critical products.
• Ability to work from functional and technical specifications to produce software assets.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with ERP applications.
