You will build and maintain enterprise applications across the stack while leading offshore development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for enterprise applications.
• Lead and manage offshore development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to technical challenges.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in core Java and J2EE fundamentals.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle database skills, including SQL.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring frameworks.
• Proficiency in the Angular framework.
• Experience with Agile development methodology (Scrum).
• Experience in Project Management.
• Familiarity with web services or JMS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elastic Search or Open Search.
• Experience with Union Pacific development.
