Description

You will serve as the technical lead for large-scale custom software projects, mentoring the team and driving architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews for development teams on complex business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define user stories, estimate effort, and assign technical tasks.
• Design and build custom solutions from scratch, ensuring components are reusable across different business units.
• Integrate AI components into traditional software applications to enhance debugging, diagnostics, and operational insights.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, including Lambda functions, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a preference for Lead or Mentor-level experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript for backend development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Angular 10 or later.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, specifically Lambda, deployment management, and CI/CD automation.
• Ability to write and debug CI/CD scripts and understand security rules within cloud environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
• Experience working on large projects involving significant customizations and integrations.
