Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications in a complex, distributed environment, taking ownership of features from requirements through production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable end-to-end applications using Python, Java, Spring Boot, React, and Angular.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions, including multi-step workflows and autonomous agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, embedding models, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases and manage messaging queues for asynchronous processing.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes on OpenShift and Azure cloud services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks: React, Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with Python and enterprise-grade backend systems.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, scalable architecture, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and OpenShift.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including optimization techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Unix/Linux environments, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI) for building tool-augmented workflows.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search techniques.
