Description

You will bridge product vision and technical execution within an Agile environment, owning the translation of epics into actionable technical stories.

Responsibilities

• Translate product visions into detailed Epics and Stories, covering user interaction, system integration, and API-level requirements.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize release and sprint backlogs, ensuring continuous delivery and high ROI.
• Lead story grooming sessions and requirements clarification meetings to maintain a refined, healthy backlog.
• Identify technical requirements such as API creation, integrations, and code refactoring to generate adequate technical stories.
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues by investigating console errors and data sources to implement preventative steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role.
• Extensive experience defining Agile requirements, including functional and technical Epics and stories.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and frameworks, including backlog refinement and definition of done.
• Practical experience with AWS services, specifically S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Ability to use Agile metrics like velocity and burn downs to drive team productivity.
• Experience working within a product or services organization using Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Effective negotiation skills to partner with stakeholders on backlog prioritization.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• Experience with Content Management Systems.
