Description

Build multi-tier enterprise web solutions using Java and React within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop code and unit tests using Java, React, and PL/SQL.
• Create reusable UI components using React that support multiple browsers, platforms, and assistive technology.
• Build web-based enterprise solutions utilizing Java, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with teams to develop new features and participate in all Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure system compliance with Section 508 standards.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer building enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in Java EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with React, JavaScript ES6, TypeScript, and JSON.
• Strong backend knowledge of RDBMS, ORM, SQL, and Postgres.
• Experience with RESTful web applications, HTTP, and design patterns.
• Hands-on use of build tools including webpack, npm, and Storybook.
• Proficiency with version control using GitHub.
• 2+ years of experience estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related major.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Expertise in Secure Coding and the Secure Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with SonarQube and CMS platforms.
