Job Description

• Support and enhance a retail Point-of-Sale (POS) platform, including feature development, defect fixes, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build and enhance REST APIs and implement database changes using PostgreSQL.
• Perform data modeling and query optimization to ensure database performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement defect fixes.
• Write and maintain unit tests and regression tests.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and releases on AWS.
• Use Git for version control and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization and release planning.
• Provide production support and contribute to a smooth onboarding and knowledge-transfer process.
