Description

Build and maintain resiliency and interoperability services for the middle office platform within a scrum team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and implementation of scalable applications.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develop reusable code and services in collaboration with other technologists.
• Help shape best practices for software development and continuous platform improvement.
• Ensure consistent service delivery within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with Angular 11 or higher, JavaScript frameworks, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Hands-on experience with messaging frameworks like Kafka.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and architectural patterns.
• Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Securities or Financial Services domain.
